No one reaches salvation by themselves

This group is coordinated by the Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development, in cooperation with Caritas Internationalis, and is dedicated to serving local Churches by listening to them and supporting them as protagonists of their situations.

The group is also tasked with collaborating fruitfully with charitable initiatives promoted by other Dicasteries of the Roman Curia, such as the  Office of Papal Charities, the  Pontifical Mission Societies and the Vatican Pharmacy.

What kind of impact the current COVID-19 crisis is having on migrants, refugees, internally displaced persons and victims of human trafficking throughout the world?

In order to better understand the impact of the crisis on these vulnerable groups, the Migrants & Refugees Section is studying the thinking and activities of different actors.

The Migrants & Refugees Section bulletin shares innovations and good practices of different Catholic actors around the world who seek to assist displaced and vulnerable people during the COVID-19 emergency and prevent the spread of the virus amidst and beyond these groups.
